According to legal provisions of French law n°2004-575, of June 21st of 2004, on Confidence in the Digital Economy Act, it is stated to international-early-music-competition.org’s users the identity of the website's different contributors, from its creation to updates.

Data use and Privacy policy

Personal Data storing of the competition applicants will only be used for the selection and contact process. These datas will be stored for 1 year term.

During the application process to the International Early Music Competition in loire Valley, the competition collects data from users who completed available forms on the website (identity elements from ensembles, email address, postal address, telephone number, full names, age). Users are also encouraged to give their email address to subscribe to the newsletter, which they can unsubscribe whenever they want.

According to legal provisions of French law n° 78-17, of January 6th 1978 and modified, the User has the right to access, modify and suppress any information collected by Stradivaria. To access this right, the User has to send an email to the following email address: contact@international-early-music-competition.org.
